GRAMMY-winning recording artist Neil Diamond was honored as the 2009 MusiCares Person of the Year. The annual GRAMMY Week gala dinner and concert - now in its 19th year - was held in Los Angeles on Feb. 6, 2009, two days prior to the 51st Annual GRAMMY Awards. This is one of the most prestigious events held during GRAMMY Week.
